A Daring Rescue

This is a picture long overdue, taken on a whale watching tour back in August when in Maine with my family. We received a distress call from another boat that a bald eagle had fallen into the water and was in danger of drowning. This is the bird in question up close and personal!

I'll be taking a break from AM3 for awhile for the holiday season, mostly due to travel plans. I'll try to post some while away, but I'll let you know the stunning conclusion to this story when I get back early January!
