I wish I knew what this old-fashioned piano was called, but this young lady was quite adept at playing it, along with the support of the onlooker here. Any help is appreciated :)

I wish the focus was on the girl, seeing as how she is more the focus of the image - that and the fact that she has a beautiful smile. A fine shot nonetheless. Good job. p.s. Sorry but I'm unfamiliar with the instrument as well.

@Aaron Schmidt: Thanks for the comment Aaron, I also wish I had set up the focus differently but it was a good lesson learned! Appreciate the feedback!
Hi Joshua...sorry it took me a long while to return your visit. Things are still a bit rough. This is a nice capture of the pianist and the "onlooker". The colors are great! Cheers - {H}

@{H} creatives: No worries at all, it's good to hear from you! Thank you for the comment and visit, your pblog is inspiring as always...let me know if I can be praying for you in any way. Blessings, Josh.
Love the colorful costumes. Don't know a thing about the instrument! Sorry! I noticed the DOF was 4.5...perhaps a smaller aperture would have helped with keeping both people in focus. Love the series, BTW!

@Tracey: Thanks Tracey, good to hear from you...sorry I've been M.I.A. for awhile school is getting busier and busier! Anyway, this whole day (fun as it was) was an experiment gone wrong in aperture, because the light was so bad I couldn't go any lower than 4.5...not sure if this was the light or the lens. Anyway, it really made me want to get a portrait lens, maybe a f/1.8. Any tips are of course appreciated but yeah, i wish these had turned out differently!
It's a harpsichord. And she is lovely!
