All that hard work (waiting) paid off for Eric and I in the form of a beautiful sunset. The unshapely silhouettes of the Joshua Trees against the fading light are an impressive sight to behold...

@Ron: Thanks Ron! Dirty work...I like that. I'm in seminary myself right now studying for the pastorate, so I guess we have that in common as well as a love for photography :)

This is a fantastic capture! I love how you have positioned the sun amongst the trees. I would like to see a bit more contrast in the image though.
